Belgium, long known and respected for its chocolates and its beers, is also home to many wonderful cheeses. Regional traditions and nostalgia were the driving factors behind the creation of a lot of Belgian cheeses such as the monastery cheeses, farmhouse cheeses, cheeses of Herve, cheeses of Brugge (Bruges) and many others, even if they were not recognized as being a Belgian cheese.
Our maîtres fromagers, continue to develop and enrich our cheeses, driven by a passion for their product and determination to produce the finest cheeses available. Brugge Fleuron - Flower
This cheese matures for a bref periode in cellars with an ideal relative humidity air circulation which makes it a delicacy with a sweet bouquet and delightfully creamy texture hidden under a crusty brassy coloured rind. This cheese will surprise every cheeselover.

Brugge ripened in beer (Rodenbach)
This cheese is soaked in the famous Flemisch beer for at least two weeks, melding the creamy, piquant Brugge flavour with that wonderfully desirable fermented taste. It is remarkable how much flavour is absorbed through the rind of the cheese – without becoming overpowering.

Brigand
Brigand is an artisanal gourmet cheese matured for 6 weeks and has a spicy flavor. The paste is semi-soft. It can also be used as an alternative to raclette cheese.

Brugge Pain Apero
The cheese interior is semi-soft and pale yellow in color, with a full creamy taste covered with a thin white fluffy rind and filled with a subtle balance of mustard en fenugrec seeds. These seeds give the cheese a nutty refined taste.

Brugge Vieux – Old and Prestige
This delicious gourmet cheese ripens for a minimum of 10-12 months, to develop its delicious taste with a complex flavor. Very little salt is used in the creation of this product. The Prestige variety is matured for at least 18 months until it reaches the pinnacle of flavour and is produced once a year during the month of May. This gourmet cheese of exceptionally high quality is available in small quantities.

Nazareth Classic
The artisanal handcrafted preparation and the slow maturation gives Nazareth a rich flavour and a big character. This cheese, with a few holes scattered throughout the delicate paste, has a strong aroma with a sweet fruity taste and a hint of hazelnuts.

Nazareth Light
This little brother of Nazareth Classic is a 100% Belgian light cheese with only 15% fat and low in salt. The combination light and the addition of the natural bacteria ´lactobacilicus Casei` means that Nazareth light also helps keep the intestinal flora in balance and your body in shape. The taste is surprisingly sweet with a touch of hazelnuts, a must for salt- and calorieconscious gourmands.
